December 25, (DAILYSUNRISE) – CNN’s Stephanie Busari has announced her engagement to her lover.
Bursari, a journalist and senior editor for CNN Africa engaged to her man, Francois Xavier-Bediham.
Friends and loved ones were present during the proposal and they have taken to Instagram to congratulate her.
Videos from the intimate engagement ceremony have made their way online with congratulatory messages pouring in for Stephanie and her man.
In one of the clips, the newly engaged couple danced as saxophonist, Beejay Sax, serenaded them and Busari showed off her ring.
Stephanie was married in 2009 and the union produced a daughter but it ended after 3 years.
In 2019, she spoke about how pressure from her parents pushed her to get married.
Stephanie Busari is notable for exclusively obtaining the “proof of life” video for the missing Chibok schoolgirls in the wake of the Bring Back Our Girls advocacy which led to negotiations with Boko Haram that resulted in the release of over 100 of the kidnapped schoolgirls.
