Amid the news making rounds on social media about the new Naira notes washing off when cleaned with water or fluid.
A Nigerian woman, @bellefille has shared a video of an experiment she performed with the new N1000 note after hearing that the ink on the new Naira notes washes off when cleaned with water.
After trying it herself she wrote:
No, it’s a lie, everybody’s been doing this. Nothing guys. Nigerians and propaganda. She however acknowledged that there could be fake version of the new Naira notes in circulation.
